Taylor Swift’s reputation Stadium Tour - in celebration of her sixth studio album and fourth RIANZ #1, the critically-acclaimed reputation featuring tracks “…Ready For It?”, “Call It What You Want”, “Gorgeous” and RIANZ #1 “Look What You Made Me Do” - will be produced and promoted by Live Nation in Australia and New Zealand.

The supports acts joining Taylor Swift at Mt Smart Stadium are homegrown indie pop duo Broods and internationally acclaimed pop trailblazer Charli XCX!

Event Information

Parking
There are no general parking facilities onsite for concerts. We strongly encourage patrons to use the free travel on special event bus and train services to get to and from the concert. View public transport information here.

If public transport is not an option, parking is usually available for a fee at businesses surrounding the stadium. Please be aware that if you park on a street or in a business that is subject to a later road closure or parking restrictions you may be towed or delayed from exiting. Signage will be erected on the applicable streets and information on these restrictions will be available on our website closer to the event.

Mobility Parking
Onsite mobility parking is strictly available for patrons who hold a current mobility parking permit. 
To register for mobility parking and to receive information about how to access please send your name and permit number to info@aucklandstadiums.co.nz 
Please present your mobility permit to traffic control staff for access - no exceptions.

Drop Off Point
Recommended drop off/pick up points are Rockfield Road and Church Street (west of Maurice Rd).

Coach Parking
Please email info@aucklandstadiums.co.nz if you require coach parking. Coach parking will be located on Hugo Johnston Drive. This parking is not available for motorhomes or campervans.

Campervan / Motorhome Parking
Campervan/motorhome parking is not available onsite. You can locate nearby camping sites at https://campable.com/

Where is my seat?
Your bay, row and seat number can be found on your ticket. Please only enter via the gate specified on your ticket.
Row A starts closest to the field.

I have East Lounge tickets – what does this entitle me to and do I have a seat?
If your ticket says EAST LOUNGE this means you have a seat outside in the East Stand and have access to the East Lounge. The East Lounge has a premium food offering and bathroom facilities. The lounge has floor to ceiling windows and tables for dining so you can also watch the show from inside if you wish.

Ticket Collection
Tickets can be collected from Gate B on the event day from 9.00am.

Gate Sales
Unless sold out prior, gate sales will be available from the Box Office at Gate B from 9.00am on event day.

Tickets purchased from Viagogo/Trade Me or Other On-seller
Ticketmaster is the official ticketing agent for this show. We cannot guarantee the authenticity or validity of tickets purchased from third-party sellers such as Viagogo or individuals selling on Trade Me.

Children/Babies
All patrons (including children and babies) must hold their own ticket.

Travel to and from the venue on special event bus and train services will be included in your concert ticket and is available 2-3 hours before gates open. Please retain your ticket for the ride home.

Bag Restrictions
BAGS THAT ARE ALLOWED:
• Small clutch bags, approximately the size of a hand.
• Bags that are clear plastic, vinyl, or PVC and do not exceed 30cm x 15cm x 30xm.

PROHIBITED BAGS INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
• Purses larger than a clutch bag, coolers, briefcases, backpacks, bum bags, cinch bags, seat cushions, luggage of any kind, computer bags, or any bag larger than the above permitted size.

An exception will be made for medically necessary items after proper inspection at a gate designated for this purpose.

Signs
Signs of 27cm x 43cm (approximately the size of an A3 sheet of paper) or smaller and without poles are allowed as long as they adhere to these specifications. Signs with lights and/or battery packs are not permitted.

Camping
For your own safety, we strongly discourage camping outside the venue overnight.

Food & Beverage
A range of delicious food and beverage options will be available throughout the venue. Most outlets accept Eftpos. Bar service will be available. If you are under 25 years old, please ensure you bring ID if you wish to purchase alcohol. If we are unsure of your age and you cannot provide ID you will be refused service.

Weather
The concert will go ahead rain or shine. If rain is predicted, bring a poncho or raincoat as umbrellas are not permitted.

Permitted Items (please check our website regularly for updates)
• Small personal cameras and camera phones are allowed. Professional cameras, or any camera with a lens larger than a standard watch face (or exceeding 4cm in diameter).will not be permitted.
• Empty plastic bottle without lid (up to 750ml) to use at the free water stations.
• Sealed bottle of water (up to 750ml) - please note lid will be discarded on entry.
• Disability assistance dogs.
• Small quantities of home prepared food such as sandwiches, fruit and baking.

• Bags larger than 30cm x 15cm x 30cm
• Briefcases and Backpacks of any size
• Signs larger than 27cm x 43cm (or larger than an A3 sheet of paper), poles for signs are prohibited
• Video cameras and recording device (this does not include mobile phones)

• Umbrellas or other sun/rain shelters
• Furniture chairs or stools
• Skateboards, rollerblades, bicycles, scooters, segways or other unauthorized means of transportation
• Animals (excluding service dogs such as guide dogs and police or emergency service dogs)
• Any other items deemed by stadium management or the promoter to be illegal, dangerous or a nuisance to yourself or others


Please note that prohibited items will be confiscated and will not be returned. If in doubt, leave it at home. Stadium management and the promoter take no responsibility for confiscated items.
