Both North Harbour Stadium and Mt Smart Stadium have purpose-built wheelchair spaces for fans. Companion seats are available for those booking wheelchair spaces.

Our people are here to help you to make your event experience seamless, so please reach out to us if you have any questions the FAQs can't answer.

Mobility patron services

For each major event across our stadiums, we partner with Recreate and provide a team of volunteers to assist our mobility impaired patrons to get to where they need to go. Our mobility team are equipped with golf carts, wheelchairs or just a steady arm to help you navigate the stadium. Mobility volunteers will be stationed at the gates and easily identifiable in blue high vis vests. They will discuss your exit plan with you for the end of the night and will return to assist again if required. Please do not hesitate to approach our friendly volunteers if you need assistance.

Walking aids such as crutches, knee scooters and walking frames are permitted however our team may ask to stow your item once you have reached your seat to ensure it does not obstruct aisles or emergency exits.

For our ticketed events, we offer mobility parking for those who hold a current mobility permit. The mobility parking areas are located next to major entrances to help limit travel time. For concerts, the park must be pre-booked, however, for other events check the event listing on our website.

To pre-book your park at a concert please email your name, event you are attending and valid permit number to bookings@aucklandstadiums.co.nz

For our concerts at Mt Smart Stadium, Gate B is set up as the mobility gate. Gate B is the closest gate to the pre-booked mobility carpark and is where our mobility volunteers are based. For any specific concerns about an event, check the event map or the flyover map on the event page. For sporting events at Mt Smart Stadium, both Gate B and Gate C can be used.

There are two mobility gates at North Harbour Stadium, Gate A and Gate H. Gate A and Gate H are both located near large carparks. For any specific concerns about an event, check the event map or the flyover map on the event page.

The mobility gate at Western Springs Stadium changes per event. Please check the event page to see which gate is in use.

For each event, we have dedicated bays and areas which are accessible for wheelchairs and a caregiver/companion. Accessible tickets are purchased via the Ticketmaster Customer Service team. For patrons who may be mobility impaired but not in a wheelchair, we also recommend contacting Ticketmaster to ensure you are ticketed to an area that is better suited easy for you to access.

To purchase accessible tickets or discuss any special requirements please contact Ticketmaster on 09 970 9711. The Ticketmaster call centre service hours are - Monday – Friday 9:00am – 9:00pm; Saturday – Sunday 9:00am – 5:00pm (excludes Public Holidays).

Limited onsite parking is available for patrons who hold a valid mobility parking permit. Please email bookings@aucklandstadiums.co.nz with your name, the event you are attending and your permit number to book.
