Please only purchase tickets from the authorised ticketing agent for each event.  We cannot guarantee the validity or authenticity of tickets purchased from third party sellers such as Viagogo or individuals selling on Trade Me.

General ticket information

All mobility tickets need to be purchased through the Ticketmaster call centre, their phone number is 09 970 9711.

Service hours
Monday – Friday 9:00am – 9:00pm; Saturday – Sunday 9:00am – 5:00pm (excludes public holidays).

Authorised sellers

Unless otherwise stated, all patrons including children and babies require their own ticket. Please check the event page for the children/baby ticket policy specific to the event.

Ticket types

We scan your ticket on your chosen mobile device. When you get to the gate make sure you have expanded your ticket and have turned the brightness up on the device.

To use your mobile device, choose Mobile delivery at check-out to access your tickets directly through your Ticketmaster account on your mobile phone.

You can also forward your mobile ticket(s) to friends and family, from your Ticketmaster account to theirs, in a transaction that’s both safe and secure. When you get to the show, your digital tickets are saved in your account, ready to be scanned by our ushers.

If you opted for Print-at-Home tickets, all you need to do is print these out and bring them with you to the performance.

Problems with your tickets

If you have any issues or concerns with your tickets please contact the the ticketing agent you purchased your tickets from.  We are unable to exchange, refund or check into specific ticket accounts.
