General ticket information
All mobility tickets need to be purchased through the Ticketmaster call centre, their phone number is 09 970 9711.
Monday – Friday 9:00am – 9:00pm; Saturday – Sunday 9:00am – 5:00pm (excludes Public Holidays).
Please only purchase tickets from the authorised ticketing agent (Ticketmaster). We cannot guarantee the validity or authenticity of tickets purchased from third party sellers such as Viagogo or individuals selling on Trade Me.

Please note that certain concerts and events may require all patrons to have a ticket, including children. Please check the event page for further information.
We scan your ticket on your chosen mobile device. When you get to the gate make sure you have expanded your ticket and have turned the brightness up on the device.
To use your mobile device, choose Mobile delivery at check-out to access your tickets directly through your Ticketmaster account on your mobile phone.
You can also forward your mobile ticket(s) to friends and family, from your Ticketmaster account to theirs, in a transaction that’s both safe and secure. When you get to the show, your digital tickets are saved in your account, ready to be scanned by our ushers.
