We are a small team at Auckland Stadiums, and we rely on several external parties to help us deliver our events. For large concerts, we will transform from 40 staff to over 1,000 event staff.
We wouldn't be able to do what we do without our volunteers!
We provide the following services all through our volunteer program:
The Green Team – The Green Team are a group of volunteers tasked with educating our patrons about concert waste. Auckland Stadiums currently diverts over 80% of concert waste from landfill. The Green Team help patrons decipher the world of concert waste and what happens at our venues.
The Mobility Team – The Mobility Team are a group of volunteers tasked with helping mobility patrons access the stadium. They are also tasked with driving the mobility carts at our events.
The Wayfinding Team – The Wayfinding Team are a group of volunteers tasked with helping patrons find their way around the stadium. The Wayfinding Team have handy fact sheets and maps to assist. You will be able to spot this team as they are in bright pink!
