At Auckland Unlimited the health and safety of all our visitors and staff is our priority, we currently have some mandatory conditions of entry, including everyone of vaccination age being required to show a My Vaccine Pass as proof of vaccination.

Processes are in place at our venues to verify visitors’ My Vaccine Passes.

Children under 12 years and 2 months old do not need to be vaccinated at this time but must be accompanied by fully vaccinated adults.

If you are unable to provide valid information about your vaccination status you will not be able to enter our venues.

Yes, scanning in means using the NZ Covid Tracer App or entering your contact details manually at points of entry at all of our venues,

Visitors aged 12-years and over may be required to wear face masks inside our venues. Signage outlining all entry requirements is displayed at venue entry points.

Those who can’t wear a mandatory facemask for legitimate reasons will be permitted entry.

All Auckland Unlimited staff, artists, participants, delegates, volunteers, and contractors are vaccinated for Covid-19, and all staff you encounter inside our venues will be wearing facemasks.

Cleaning of our venues, public bathrooms and offices takes place regularly in line with our enhanced on-site hygiene and safety measures.

Please play your part in helping keep everyone safe by sanitising your hands at the on-site sanitiser stations prior to entry and maintaining a one metre distance from our staff and other people.

If you are feeling unwell or have Covid-19 symptoms, been in contact with someone who has tested positive for Covid-19, are awaiting the results of a Covid-19 test, are subject to isolation requirements or have visited a location of interest we ask that you stay at home and do not enter our venues. 

 

Additional health and safety measures are in place at our cafes:

 

  • Face coverings are required for customers aged 12 years and older when they not eating or drinking.
  • All customers are seated, with no standing or congregating unless collecting a grab-and-go purchase in the dedicated waiting area. 
  • Physical distancing of one metre is in place.
  • For dine-in, customer table service only is provided. 
  • Grab-and-go customers must use the dedicated purchase and collection section of the café.  
  • All takeaway drinks are served in disposable cups. 
  • Keep Cups are not accepted. 

Yes, restrictions on numbers will depend on the venue or event.

We ask that you and your guests make a reasonable assessment of your health status before attending our venue or the event. If you or someone you have been in contact with are displaying symptoms of Covid-19, please check the individual event webpage for details of ticket flexibility or contact us at info@aucklandstadiums.co.nz to request a refund and we will follow up with the presenting organisation.

If you start to feel unwell during an event, you should advise a member of our team and then leave the site immediately. If you learn later that you have tested positive for Covid-19, please call +64 9 374 7557 who will treat your call with the strictest confidence.

For tickets purchased as of December 3, you will not be entitled to a refund or exchange if you do not comply with the vaccination requirements outlined above.

In the event Auckland Unlimited cancels an event due to Covid-19, you will be entitled to a full refund.

If an event has been postponed due to Covid-19, you can exchange your ticket to a rescheduled date. If the rescheduled date/s are not suitable for you to attend, you will be entitled to a refund. You can find more information on the event page on our website.
