Rarotonga

He tohu anō ka whakatūria i ngā marama e heke mai ana.

Installing bilingual signage at our venues

To celebrate the 50th anniversary of Māori Language Week, we want to showcase our ongoing project to install bilingual wayfinding signage around our venues.

Go Media Stadium

At Go Media Stadium, most of the permanent wayfinding signage now includes Te Reo Māori and English translations.

North Harbour Stadium

At North Harbour Stadium, a refit project for our permanent signage is underway and Te Reo Māori translations have already been added to the welcome gate and stadium entrance. More signage will be added over the coming months.

Our stadiums are amongst the busiest in New Zealand and we wanted to install signage that would reflect the diversity of our patrons.
