North Harbour Stadium to host 2025 Moana Pasifika home games 

Auckland Stadiums are thrilled to confirm that Super Rugby team Moana Pasifika will play their home games at North Harbour Stadium next season.  

Moana Pasifika have based their administrative and high-performance training operations out of North Harbour Stadium since late 2023 and will now also play their home matches at the venue. 

The first Super Rugby match of the 2025 season played at the stadium will see Moana Pasifika host the Highlanders on Friday 28 February 2025. Coinciding with Super Rugby’s Culture Round, with the match set to be an epic clash with Pacific pride and power on full display.  

Moana Pasifika Chief Executive Officer, Debbie Sorensen, is looking forward to the season ahead. 

“We are so excited to confirm that Moana Pasifika will call North Harbour Stadium home next season. We have loved connecting with the local community in Albany and across the North Shore and look forward to welcoming fans to our new official home.” 

Tātaki Auckland Unlimited’s Director of Auckland Stadiums James Parkinson welcomes Moana Pasifika hosting home games in Tāmaki Makaurau Auckland.  

“On the back of their most successful Super Rugby season to date, we are thrilled that Moana Pasifika will call North Harbour Stadium their home next year. It’s fantastic for Aucklanders to have another home team to get behind and for more elite-level sport to be hosted on the North Shore.” 

Moana Pasifika will play at least 5 home games at North Harbour Stadium through the 2025 Super Rugby season. The regular season begins in February and concludes in May.
