Giveaway Period
The giveaway entry period begins when the post or email (on Facebook, Instagram, etc.) goes live to the public and closes at the stated date and time within the post or email.
Prize Details
The prize is the stated item within the post or email (e.g. a double-pass). The winner will be responsible for all other expenses related to the prize. The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash and may not be resold.
The Draw
The winner(s) will be chosen at random and notified via direct message or email.
Entry Restrictions
The winner(s) acknowledges that redemption of some prizes will require the winner to be at least 18 years of age or have parental/guardian consent. The winner(s) must reside in New Zealand. If the winner(s) cannot take the prize as stipulated or if it is unclaimed within a period of 48 hours, the entry will be deemed invalid and Auckland Stadiums reserves the right to award the prize to the next valid entry.
In the event that the winner(s) is unable to be contacted, and all methods of communication are unsuccessful, the prize remains the property of Auckland Stadiums until claimed by the winner(s). Auckland Stadiums may conduct such further draws as are necessary in order to distribute any unclaimed prizes.
Auckland Stadiums reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and the identification of entrants. Auckland Stadiums reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process or for submitting an entry which is not in accordance with these conditions of entry.
Auckland Stadiums shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained relating to the prize except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
Auckland Stadiums is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participants or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation in or downloading of any materials in this promotion.
Cancellation Policy
If a prize or part of a prize becomes unavailable (for any reason), Auckland Stadiums reserves the right to limit entry, cancel or amend the prizes at its own and sole discretion.
1. By participating in any competition or giveaway advertised by Auckland Stadiums, you confirm that you accept and agree to these terms.
2. The entrant acknowledges and agrees that the entry is not obscene, defamatory, libelous, threatening, harassing, hateful, racially or ethnically offensive, or encouraging of conduct that would be considered a criminal offence, gives rise to civil liability, or violate any law.
3. Auckland Stadium's decision is final and binding upon all entrants and no correspondence will be entered into. Entrants who are not winners will not receive any notification at all.
