Guaranteed access to the venue prior to your scheduled event time is subject to availability and charged at 50% of the quoted venue hire.

Yes, complimentary onsite parking is available for function attendees.

Yes you are welcome to provide and set up your own audio visual equipment. Please be aware that operation on the day would be your responsibility.

No, our contracted caterer EPICURE provides all food and beverage consumed on our premises.  EPICURE can customise menus to suit your event, budget, cultural, religious or dietary requirements.

Yes you are welcome to have resources delivered ahead of time. Please let your venue contact know to expect the parcel and they will arrange to have to delivered to your function room.

Yes, all our venues are wheelchair accessible. If possible, let us know in advance so the necessary arrangements can be made.

The capacities are a guideline only and are based on the maximum use of the space available for standard setups. Numbers can be reduced by staging, technical equipment, dancefloors and entertainment set ups.

No however our venues are located to a large number of accommodation options. Let us know if you would like some recommendations.

Mt Smart Stadium is located in Penrose and approximately 12km to the Auckland Airport.

North Harbour Stadium is located in Albany on the North Shore and is approximately 46km to the Auckland Airport.
