It's easy to reach Go Media Stadium on public transport. Free public transport using Auckland Transport rail and bus services is included with your concert ticket. Please use Auckland Transport's guidance for reaching Go Media Stadium for this concert.

Special event buses will also run from the city centre to Go Media Stadium. 

Taxi and rideshare drop off and pick up zones, including Uber, are located:

  • Green Zone: approx. 150- 167, Rockfield Road

Yes you can. Apply to volunteer for this event here. We wouldn't be able to do what we do without our volunteers! And we are always looking for as many volunteers as possible. Volunteering can be a great way to get experience for your resume, and help your community out at the same time. 

Please refer to your ticket and enter only via the gate shown on your ticket. Stadium staff, volunteers and wayfinding signage will assist you with directions upon arriving at the venue. 

In the interest of patron safety, there will be roads closed to unauthorised vehicles for this event. More details on road closures will be confirmed closer to the event.

Yes. Unless specifically stated the event will take place rain, hail or shine. Go Media Stadium is predominately an uncovered venue so please be prepared with a poncho or raincoat should wet weather be forecasted.

Please note that umbrellas are not permitted for this event.

Go Media Stadium does not currently have a sensory room. If someone from your party needs a quiet space then let security know and they'll assist you.

The roads surrounding the stadium will be closed ahead of the show.

We cannot guarantee the validity or authenticity of tickets purchased from third-party sellers such as Viagogo or individuals selling on other online marketplaces. Non-valid tickets will be refused entry. 

This event is all ages and all patrons require a ticket, regardless of age.

Children under the age of 15 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times and have purchased a valid ticket.  

General admission standing areas are recommended for patrons aged 15 years and over. Sightlines may be affected by other patrons standing and the area may not be suitable for younger children.

Mobility & Accessibility

The dedicated mobility entrance gates are Gate A, B or C. We will have mobility volunteers onsite to assist with electric buggies to help get you to your seat once inside the venue. You can identify our friendly mobility volunteers by their blue hi-vis jackets. 

If you've got limited mobility and are on crutches or using a walking aide then we can help. Crutches and walking aides are permitted inside the venue. They should be stored either under your seat, or we will store them for you. If you need help getting to the gate or to your seat then please contact a member of staff, who will radio for an electric buggy to help transport you around the venue.

Mobility parking is reserved for permit holders only.

Please note the below advice for the dress code, for signs/banners and umbrellas.

Yes. 

  • For safety reasons, footwear is to be worn at all times.
  • We do not permit gang patches or gang paraphernalia to be displayed.
  • No high-visibility vests or clothing may be worn.

Banners, flags (without poles) and posters made from soft materials such as cloth, cardboard or paper are permitted. Signs should not be larger than A3 in size and must not obstruct the view of other patrons.

Banners that exceed the maximum size will be denied entry.

There are no pass outs for this event. If you exit the venue, you will not be able to re-enter.

No umbrellas are permitted inside the venue.

Yes, plastic reusable drink bottles under 750ml are permitted. However, their lids and any liquid will be removed on entry to the stadium. Lids will be disposed of, and cannot be stored anywhere. Metallic bottles are not permitted under any circumstances.

All bottles, including reusable bottles, will be decanted into plastic cups in the General Admission Floor sections. Bottles and lids will not be stored on site.

Bags are permitted as long as they're sized A4 or smaller. There will be bag drop facilities at the main gates for storing larger items.
