Yes you can. Apply to volunteer for this event here. We wouldn't be able to do what we do without our volunteers! And we are always looking for as many volunteers as possible. Volunteering can be a great way to get experience for your resume, and help your community out at the same time.

Olivia Dean plays rain or shine. Umbrellas are not permitted inside Western Springs Bowl so please come prepared with a rain jacket or poncho.

Patrons could be requested to exit the site in situations deemed dangerous by authorities. Please follow all official directives for own safety and well-being.

Yes - purchase a return shuttle ticket for easy transport to the Olivia Dean concert at Western Springs Bowl.

• Shuttles will depart Auckland CBD, outside 120 Quay Street between 4.30pm and 8.15pm on event day.
• Shuttles will drop off at Western Springs Bowl: Great North Road, outside Western Springs Lakeside.
• Return shuttles to the CBD will depart from Great North Road, outside Western Springs Lakeside from 10.00pm. Last bus will depart 1 hour post event finish.
• Return shuttles to will drop off in Auckland CBD outside 120 Quay Street.

We have not allocated any tickets for unauthorised resellers (including but not limited to Viagogo, Ticketswap, Stubhub, Ticketfinders, The Ticket Merchant, and Tixel), and cannot guarantee any ticket purchased through unauthorised resellers or via websites such as Eventbrite, Ebay, Gumtree and social media Buy Swap Sell pages. To make sure you pay the correct ticket price and receive valid tickets, you must purchase via Ticketek NZ.

We are not responsible for unauthorised ticket disputes and are unable to assist you if you purchase outside the official ticketing agencies.

• If you hold a ticket for the Spark Arena, your ticket will be automatically reissued by Ticketek by 30 September 2026. To assist the transfer of your tickets, if you do not have a current Ticketek NZ account, please sign up prior to Monday 31 August, otherwise an account will be created on your behalf..
• If you would like to request a General Admission – Terrace Ticket, you can do so before Monday 17 August 12pm NZST.

There is a strict limit of four (4) tickets per customer on this event. Persons who exceed the ticket limit may have any or all of their orders and tickets cancelled without notice. This includes orders associated with the same name, e-mail address, billing address, credit card number or other information.

No on site parking is available for this event.

We do not have a dedicated bike parking facility, however there is a Lockey Dock on the left hand of Stadium Road as you head towards the venue entrance. Bikes are locked at your own risk.

Yes, we will have buggys available around the Bowl to assist with transport into and around the venue. Simply speak to one of our friendly staff members, who can radio for a buggy to assist you.

This event is all ages, with the following conditions:

• Children aged 14 and under must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times, and have purchased a valid ticket.
• Children aged 12 months do not require a ticket and should remain with their guardian* at all times. Guardians with children aged 12 months and under are permitted in the GA Terraces, GA Embankment or Booths areas only.
• All other patrons, regardless of age, require a valid purchased ticket.
• Children aged 14 and under are not permitted on the standing floor without an adult (18+)

*A guardian is defined as an adult responsible for the supervision and well-being of the child

• Venue and event restrictions around prams and bag sizes still apply.
• Ear protection is strongly advised for infants.
• Sightlines may be affected by other patrons standing.

There are no pass outs for this event. If you exit the venue, you will not be able to re-enter.

• We do not permit gang patches or gang paraphernalia to be displayed.
• No high-visibility vests or clothing may be worn.

Small bags and purses with a max size of A4 are permitted inside the venue. 

Backpacks are not permitted inside the venue

Recyclable cups will be provided at the free water stations around the venue.

 

Homemade signs, banners and flags are permitted inside the venue. They must be a maximum of A3 size and made out of soft material:
