Our team are onsite to assist with golf carts to help get you to your seat once you’re at the gate. Chat to staff and they will radio for the buggy to come and collect you. Please be patient when waiting for transport with the buggy, as we are expecting a high demand for mobility assistance and only have so many vehicles.

If you've got limited mobility and are on crutches or using a walking aide then we can help. Crutches and walking aides are permitted inside the venue. They should be stored either under your seat, or we will store them for you. If you need help getting to the gate or to your seat then please contact a member of staff, who will radio for an electric buggy to help transport you around the venue.
