Yes you can. Apply to volunteer for this match here. We wouldn't be able to do what we do without our volunteers! And we are always looking for as many volunteers as possible. Volunteering can be a great way to get experience for your resume, and help your community out at the same time. 

You can only enter this match through the Stadium Road Gates, Old Mill Road gates will not be open. Stadiums staff, volunteers and wayfinding signage will assist you with directions upon arriving at the venue.

Yes. Unless specifically stated the match will take place rain, hail or shine. Western Springs Bowl an uncovered venue so please be prepared with a poncho or raincoat should wet weather be forecasted.

Children aged 13yrs and under don’t require a ticket for this match. Just remember to add their entry to your cart when purchasing tickets.

Parking

No onsite public parking is available for this match. The closest parking will be at Western Springs Community Hall, or on the streets surrounding the Western Springs Bowl.

Injured Patrons can be dropped off at the end of Stadium Road and wait with the guard who can radio for buggy transport into the stadium.

 

Mobility

Western Springs Bowl is a mobility friendly venue. To book a mobility ticket or enquire around accessibility seating please contact Flicket here.

Mobility parking at Western Springs Stadium is located on Stadium Road and is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Access is restricted to patrons with valid mobility parking passes. 

You can only enter through the Stadium Road Gates, Old Mill Road entry will not be open. Mobility volunteers will be onsite to assist with golf carts to help get you to your seat once inside the venue. You can identify our friendly mobility volunteers by their blue hi-vis jackets. If you need assistance from the end of Stadium Road, you can also wait with the guard who can radio for buggy transport into the stadium.

Yes. 

  • For safety reasons, footwear is to be worn at all times.
  • We do not permit gang patches or gang paraphernalia to be displayed.
  • No high-visibility vests or clothing may be worn.

Families of all ages are welcome at Auckland Rugby matches. Children under the age of 15 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times and have a valid ticket - ordered through Flicket or at the Box Office.  

 

Banners, flags (without poles) and posters made from soft materials such as cloth, cardboard or paper are permitted. Signs should not be larger than A1 in size and must not obstruct the view of other patrons.

Larger banners and flags with poles will only be allowed into the venue once they have been reviewed and approved by the stadium security team before arrival to the gate. Please email us at info@aucklandstadiums.co.nz to seek approval before matchday.

Banners that exceed the maximum size or that have not been approved may be denied entry.

There are no pass outs for Auckland Rugby matches. If you exit the venue, you will not be able to re-enter.

Yes, umbrellas are permitted for sporting events. Patrons are not permitted to open umbrellas while in their seats, so if rain is predicted, please bring a raincoat or poncho.
