QBE Stadium Venue Information

Gate Entry

Seats in the main stadium are accessed through eight entry gates that surround the stadium field. The exact number of entry gates open for each event will vary, dependent upon the size of the event.

Please refer to the specific event page in the What's On section for information specific to the event you are attending.

Always enter via the gate on your ticket.

​Mobility Access

Mobility impaired patrons, please contact us to find out details about our wheelchair access and seating areas as they can change for each event.

Generally, the following applies: 

  • Wheelchair access available via through Gate A and  Gate H

Please note: In conjunction with your mobility pass, an event specific parking pass may be required.  Contact us for more information regarding on site parking.​

 

Parking

There is limited parking at the stadium for large events and concerts, the amount of which can vary between events depending on reserved areas.  Please visit the What's On section for information specific to each event including parking charges and road closures. 

Corporate parking during non event periods is via Stadium Drive (Car Park A).

 

Public Transport

The Northern Express bus service operates from Britomart (Stop 7045) to Albany Station.  From Albany Station, it is a 10-15 minute walk to QBE Stadium.  Use the Journey Planner to plan your journey to the Stadium.  Normal charges apply unless otherwise stated.

For large events special event bus services may be in place, check the event page or Auckland Transport website for details.

 

Food & Beverage

Food and Beverage outlets are located throughout the Stadium within close proximity to patron seating. Depending on the size of the event, the Stadium outlets may be supplemented with mobile concession outlets.

The majority of outlets accept cash and EFTPOS however cash is often more efficient.

You are welcome to bring in small amounts of non commercially prepared food such as sandwiches, baking, fruit. You may also bring a sealed bottle of water (up to 1 litre) however please be advised that the lid will be removed and discarded on arrival.

 

Merchandise

The Merchandise outlet is located in the concourse area of the main lower grandstand and normally accepts either cash or EFTPOS payments.  For some large events additional Merchandise outlets may also be available at various locations throughout the venue.

 ​

ATM/cash out facilities

There is no ATM onsite however cash facilities may be offered by the caterer.

 

Amenities

Public toilet facilities are located throughout the venue. Refer to the event specific venue map for their locations.

 

First Aid

During events First Aid stations are located at various points around the stadium. If urgent assistance is required, patrons are advised to immediately contact any of the Event Security personnel, ushers or event staff on duty at the event.

 

Conditions of Entry​

Conditions of entry differ from event to event so please refer to the event page for specific conditions of entry related to that event. However as a standard, these conditions will generally always apply.
