The party of the year is BACK and in 2018 we are entering a whole new stratosphere. ZM Friday Jams Live 2018 will boast a jaw-dropping line-up featuring some of the biggest names from ZM’s Friday Jams show. Simply put, it’s the biggest RNB event that New Zealand has ever seen.
 
Illusive Presents, Frontier Touring and ZM will bring the most acclaimed names of RNB to the stage this November, for one monster show only at Western Springs Stadium.

ZM Friday Jams Live scales up to the far bigger venue to house the colossal line-up and inevitable demand from fans. Yep, this year is serious.

SALT-N-PEPA — Guaranteed to bring audiences to their feet are one of the first (and greatest) all-female rap groups: Grammy Award winning, sassy global hitmakers Salt –N-Pepa will teach you how to ‘Push It’ - old school. Taking their legacy to the stage with undeniable jams ‘Shoop’, ‘Whatta Man’ and ‘Let’s Talk About Sex’, this will be a night you don’t want to miss.

T-PAIN — Genre-smashing auto-tune king T-Pain will keep you dancing with his never ending party catalogue (‘Buy U a Drank (Shawty Snappin)’ ‘Blame It’, ‘Im N Luv (Wit A Stripper)’ and infectious hooks on tunes like ‘Get Low’ (Flo Rida), ‘Good Life’ (Kanye West), ‘Kiss Kiss’ (Chris Brown) and ‘All I Do Is Win’ (DJ Khaled). Responsible for hits like ‘Get Low (with The East Side Boyz)’ and ‘Snap Yo Fingers’ and the EDM rager ‘Turn Down For What’, you don’t want to miss this genre innovator at the most epic party of the year!

NAUGHTY BY NATURE — Grammy Award winning hip hop trio Naughty By Nature will take you on their old school ‘Holiday’ with essential RNB jams ‘Hip Hop Hooray’, ‘O.P.P’, and ‘Everything’s Gonna Be Alright’.

GINUWINE — O.G bachelor and multi-platinum-selling Ginuwine will turn dreams to reality this November performing the ultimate bump n grind track ‘Pony - the hottest song on everyone’s party playlist for the past two decades - alongside hits like ‘Differences’, ‘In Those Jeans’ and ‘So Anxious’.

ESTELLE — Bringing the noughties flashbacks and Grammy-certified anthem ‘American Boy (feat. Kanye West)’ to the stage this November is English RNB idol Estelle. Get ready to release your inner ‘Freak’ when hits like ‘Come Over (feat. Sean Paul)’ and ‘Thank You’ are pumping through the speakers!

CHE FU AND THE KRATEZ — With the most top ten singles of any individual musician in New Zealand, Che Fu is a legend in his own right. Che Fu and his band The Kratez will bring you chart topping hits such as ‘Fade Away’, and ‘Misty Frequencies’ live and direct on stage this November!

KINGS — Bursting onto New Zealand airwaves in 2016 with his monster smash hit ‘Don’t Worry ‘Bout It’, Kings has quickly cemented himself at the top of the Kiwi RNB and Hip Hop game. With follow-up jams in the form of ‘Temporary Me’ and ‘We’ll Never Know’ fans can expect him to bring the house down at Friday Jams Live!

FATMAN SCOOP —ZM Friday Jams Live wouldn’t be complete without ultimate hype man and 2017’s fan favourite Fatman Scoop (‘Be Faithful’). Scoop will again be hosting what is sure to be the party of the year!

Venue Information

Event Parking
There is no onsite parking. During large events parking is available on the streets surrounding Western Springs Stadium (please be aware that some streets may be closed for the event delivery).

Mobility Parking
Onsite parking is available for patrons who hold a valid mobility permit. If you are attending a concert and require mobility parking, please email info@aucklandstadiums.co.nz with your permit number, event name and date to register. Your permit will also need to be presented on entry.  Please note exit from the carpark can be delayed following the conclusion of the show to allow for safe pedestrian movement.

Mobility parking is limited therefore is strictly reserved for patrons who hold a mobility permit.

Campervan/Motorhome Parking
Campervan/Motorhome parking is not available onsite. You can locate nearby camping sites at https://campable.com/

Coach Parking
If you are bringing a group to an event by coach please email info@aucklandstadiums.co.nz to enquire about coach parking.

Please only purchase tickets from the authorised ticketing agent (Ticketmaster). We cannot guarantee the validity or authenticity of tickets purchased from third party sellers such as Viagogo or individuals selling on Trade Me.

Is my seat covered?
Western Springs is an entirely open air venue. Umbrellas may not be erected within the stadium during events so if rain is predicted, please bring a poncho or raincoat.

Children
This is an all ages event however all patrons (including babies) must hold their own ticket.

On Sale
Tickets on Ticketmaster pre-sale from Thursday 19th July.
General sale on Monday 23rd July.

 

A variety of food and beverage outlets with bar service will be located throughout the venue.

If you are under 25 please bring identification if you wish to purchase alcohol. Accepted forms of ID are - Passport, NZ Drivers Licence or HANZ 18+ card. If we are unsure of your age and you cannot present ID, you will not be able to purchase alcohol.

Eftpos is available at most food and beverage outlets

You are welcome to bring in small quantities of non commercially prepared food such as sandwiches, fruit or baking. You may also bring a sealed plastic bottle of water (up to 1 litre) however please note that for most concerts, the lid will be removed and discarded on entry.

At Western Springs Stadium you can enjoy a world-class stadium experience.  The stadium and its facilities are here for the use and enjoyment of a variety of visitors, patrons and public users.  As such, there is an expectation that minimal standards of behaviour and presentation are adhered to by everyone to ensure an enjoyable environment for all.  To achieve this, we have the following conditions of entry that all visitors to the stadium are required to meet.

Dress Code
For safety reasons, footwear is to be worn at all times.

We do not permit gang patches or gang paraphernalia to be displayed.

Security
Stadium management and its representatives reserve the right to request patrons to present any clothing, bags and other carried items for searching before you enter the Stadium.

If you refuse to present any of the requested items for searching, you may be denied entry.

We reserve the right to search vehicles entering the stadium.

Entry will be refused if a patron is intoxicated or under the influence of illicit substances.

Drugs and Alcohol Policy
Western Springs Stadium complies with the Liquor Licensing Authority and prohibits the serving of alcohol to intoxicated or under-aged persons

Intoxicated or under-aged persons who are apprehended with alcohol will be escorted from the premises.

Western Springs Stadium maintains a strict ‘no drugs’ policy, illicit drugs are prohibited and will be confiscated at the gate.  Any persons apprehended with drugs in their possession will be escorted from the premises. Incidents involving alcohol or drugs will be referred to the police where the situation requires it.

Lost, Stolen or Damaged Property
Stadium management takes no responsibility for any damage to, loss or theft of a patron’s personal property while on Stadium property.

Items of value recovered after an event will be taken to the Mt Wellington Police Station.

Behaviour
In order to ensure an enjoyable experience for everyone, Stadium management reserves the right to deny entry or remove attendees who exhibit unacceptable or disruptive behaviour.  There will be zero tolerance for intoxication.  Those who arrive at the gates intoxicated will be refused entry and patrons who become intoxicated will be removed from the venue.

Smoking
Western Springs Stadium is a SMOKE FREE venue. Patrons must not smoke within the venue. This includes the use of e-cigarettes and vaporisers.
