Please read the following information carefully. The below provides important information to assist with your planning for the evening and maximise your enjoyment at the Justin Bieber concert on Saturday, 18 March.

5.30pm – Gates open
6.25pm – Sheppard
7.10pm – Martin Garrix
8.30pm – Justin Bieber
10.30pm - Approximate finish time

WARNING: This is an amplified pop/EDM concert, sound levels may exceed those suitable for young children, hearing protection is recommended. The show also contains a large amount of special effects including strobe lighting, lasers, confetti and pyrotechnics.



GETTING TO AND FROM THE CONCERT
Public Transport
Travel on trains and special event buses is included in your event ticket, subject to certain time restrictions and conditions. Details on these services are available here​​. Please ensure you hold on to your ticket for the ride home. 

Drop Off/Pick Up Point
The best location for drop off/pick up is on Church Street (west of the stadium).

Unaccompanied Minors
While there is no age restriction for this concert, Mt Smart Stadium strongly recommend that any patrons under the age of 14 are accompanied by an adult. Mt Smart Stadium strives to ensure all patrons have a safe and enjoyable visit, however the decision to allow a person under 14 to attend remains with their guardian and Mt Smart cannot provide special assistance to unaccompanied minors.
All patrons including guardians must hold a ticket.
Road Closures
Road closures will be in place around Mt Smart Stadium on the following streets. If streets can be opened earlier they will be.
Beasley Ave will be closed from 5.00am Saturday 18 March through until 1.00am the following morning. 
O’Rorke Rd, Rockridge Ave, Maurice Rd, Station Rd (Olive Rd to Rockfield Rd), Hugo Johnston Dr, Autumn Pl and Fairfax Ave will be closed from 4.00pm Saturday 18 March to 1.00am  the following morning.
Walls Rd, Olive Rd, Bassant Ave, Botha Rd and Station Rd (Olive Rd to Great South Rd) will be closed from 9.00pm Saturday 18 March to 1.00am the following morning.

Parking 
There are NO parking facilities available at the stadium. Please be aware that the streets within the immediate precinct of Mt Smart Stadium and the Penrose railway station will be closed to support the safe and comfortable delivery of special event bus and train services.
Parking will be at a premium in the outer industrial areas of the Stadium.
If you park on a road that is subject to a later road closure then you may be delayed from departing until the road closure is lifted, this could be as late as 1.00am.

Parking Restrictions
The below parking restrictions are active from 3.30pm Saturday 18 March through until 1.00am the following morning:
O’Rorke Rd: no parking western side, bus parking eastern side, from Church St to Station Rd
Hugo Johnston Dr: no parking eastern side, coach parking western side, from Church St to the cul-de-sac
Maurice Rd: no parking both sides from Church St to Station Rd
Rockridge Ave:  no parking both sides from O’Rorke Rd to the cul-de-sac
Station Rd: no parking both sides from O’Rorke Rd to Maurice Rd
Station Rd: bus parking southern side from Maurice Rd to Rockfield Rd 
Station Rd: no parking northern side from O’Rorke Rd to Great South Rd
Rockfield Rd: no parking both sides from Station Rd to Edmonton Ave
Fairfax Ave: bus parking both sides from Walls Rd to Station Rd
Walls Rd: bus parking from Station Rd to Fairfax Ave. 

The below parking restrictions are active from 5.00am Saturday 18 March through until 1.00am the following morning:
Station Rd: no parking both sides from Great South Rd to O’Rorke Rd
Beasley Ave: no parking both sides from Church St to the cul-de-sac.

Mobility Parking
Limited allocated mobility parking is available for patrons holding an accessible seating ticket and valid mobility parking permit.
Bookings are essential.  To book a space in this parking area please phone the stadium office on 09 366 2048 or email info@aucklandstadiums.co.nz  with your name, phone number, physical address and permit number. Exit from the venue carpark may be delayed up to an hour following the concert to ensure the safety of pedestrians.
Please ensure the ticket you have purchased is wheelchair accesible. If you are unsure, contact Ticketmaster on 0800 111 999.

Charter Bus Parking
Charter bus parking is located on Hugo Johnston Drive. Bookings for this parking area should be made via the Stadium office on 09 366 2048. This parking is not available for motor home or camper van parking. 

Liquor Ban
A temporary liquor may be enforced on the following streets between 6.00am Saturday 18 March to​​​​ 6.00am Sunday 19 March. This ban applies to business carparks and forecourts within the liquor ban zone. Liquor Ban signage will be erected 24 hours prior to the event. The Police will be actively monitoring these streets and enforcing this ban.

Ticket Collection
Ticket purchase and collection will be available from 9am on show day only. This will be located at Gate B. If collecting tickets at the venue plan your arrival in anticipation of queues. Please be aware that road closures will be in place each day (details above).
Patrons are encouraged to collect their pre-purchased tickets in advance from a Ticketmaster outlet. If you have “E Tickets”, please print them in advance. 

There will be a large crowd so if you are collecting tickets at the venue, plan your arrival in anticipation of queues.

Enter through Gate C on Beasley Avenue.
Beasley Avenue can be accessed easily from O'Rorke Road and Church Street.

LOWER SOUTH STAND TICKET HOLDERS
Enter through Gate D on Beasley Avenue.
Beasley Avenue can be accessed from O'Rorke Road and Church Street.

UPPER SOUTH STAND TICKET HOLDERS
Enter through Gate S on Maurice Road.
Maurice Road can be accessed from Church Street and Station Road

WEST STAND (COLIN KAY STAND) + CORPORATE SUITE TICKET HOLDERS
Enter through Gate A on the west side of the Stadium (adjacent Maurice Road).
Maurice Road can be accessed easily from Church Street and Station Road.
An alternative route is also available from O'Rorke Road through the Stadium external areas to the west side of the Stadium.

VIP 1 “I’LL SHOW YOU” PIT EXPERIENCE – J PIT & B PIT 
Enter through Gate B on the west side of the Stadium (adjacent Maurice Road).
Maurice Road can be accessed easily from Church Street and Station Road.

VIP 2 “WHERE ARE U NOW” EXPERIENCE
Enter through Gate F on the west side of the Stadium (adjacent Maurice Road).
Maurice Road can be accessed easily from Church Street and Station Road.
An alternative route is also available from O'Rorke Road through the Stadium external areas to the west side of the Stadium.
O'Rorke Road can be accessed easily from Station Road and Church Street.

FIELD RESERVED SEATING
Enter through Gate F on the west side of the Stadium (adjacent Maurice Road).
Maurice Road can be accessed easily from Church Street and Station Road.
An alternative route is also available from O'Rorke Road through the Stadium external areas to the west side of the Stadium.
O'Rorke Road can be accessed easily from Station Road and Church Street.

WHEELCHAIR TICKET HOLDERS
Enter through Gate B on the west side of the Stadium (adjacent Maurice Road).
Maurice Road can be accessed easily from Church Street and Station Road.



VENUE FACILITIES
Food  
A range of catering outlets will be available along with bar service.
You may bring a small amount of home prepared food such as sandwiches, baking or fruit. Commercially prepared food products, including takeaway meals or soft drinks are not permitted. 

Beverage
Please note lids from all beverages (including water and soft drinks) will be removed on purchase to reduce the safety risk of full bottles being thrown.
Stations with free water and cups will be available throughout the venue. You may bring your own water bottle (up to 1litre) to fill at the stations however please note that lids are not permitted and will be discarded on entry. 

If we think you look under 25 or we are not sure of your age, we will ask you for ID. 
Acceptable forms of proof of age are a NZ driver’s license, NZ or overseas passport or the HANZ 18+ card only. If you cannot provide proof of age when asked, we cannot serve you alcohol.
The venue reserves the right to deny entry to and/or evict intoxicated patrons or under-age patrons found with alcohol.

First Aid 
First aid will be available at various positions around the stadium. These locations are marked on the venue map.

ATM/Eftpos
ATM and EFTPOS facilities will be available within the stadium however patrons are strongly advised to come prepared with sufficient cash for the entire evening.

Smoking
Mt Smart Stadium is a totally SMOKE FREE zone. Patrons must NOT smoke within stadium grounds – this includes use of e-cigarettes and vaporisers. If you wish to smoke you can be scanned out at the gate and scanned back in. Please retain your ticket for re-entry.

Weather
The concert will proceed rain or shine, unless the promoter should decide it’s unsafe to perform. No shade or rain umbrellas are permitted in the venue so bring a raincoat or poncho if rain is predicted.

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
At Mt Smart Stadium we go out of our way to provide you with a comfortable and enjoyable experience. In return, we ask you to respect our facilities and help contribute to an enjoyable event for all our patrons. To achieve this, we require all visitors to the stadium to meet the following conditions of entry. Please note, conditions are subject to change without notice.

Dress Code
For safety reasons, footwear is to be worn at all times.
We do not permit gang patches or gang paraphernalia to be displayed.

Security
Stadium management and its representatives reserve the right to request patrons to present any clothing, bags and other carried items for searching, including being subject to a pat down and/or a scanner search before entering the stadium.
If you refuse to present any of the requested items for searching, you will be denied entry.
Entry will be refused if a patron is intoxicated or under the influence of illicit substances.

Search on Entry
You and/or your possessions will be subject to a safety and security search upon entry. Below is a list of prohibited items. Confiscated items will not be returned, replaced or reimbursed. Stadium management and the promoter take no responsibility for confiscated items.
Any patrons who refuses to participate in searches, appears intoxicated, under the influence of drugs or exhibits disorderly behaviour may be denied entry or asked to leave the venue.

Video cameras and recording device (this does not include mobile phones)
Photographic devices with a lens larger than a standard watch face

iPads or Tablets
Cans or glass of any kind
Strictly NO alcohol or illicit drugs
Branded or commercial food and drinks, including takeaways
Metal utensils, cutlery, etc
Chilly bins
Dangerous goods
Fireworks, flares, lasers or flash lights
Knives, Tasers, Mace or Chains
Offensive weapons including, but not limited to, any object that may be used as a projectile such as glow sticks, balls, containers, etc
Air horns or loud hailers
Umbrellas or other sun/rain shelters
Furniture chairs or stools
Skateboards, rollerblades, bicycles or scooters
Animals (excluding service dogs such as guide dogs and police or emergency service dogs)

Any other items deemed by stadium management or the promoter to be illegal, dangerous or a nuisance to yourself or others

Please note that prohibited items will be confiscated and will not be returned. If in doubt, leave it at home. Stadium management and the promoter take no responsibility for confiscated items.

Permitted Items
Small personal cameras and camera phones are allowed. Professional cameras, or any camera with a lens larger than a standard watch face will not be permitted.
Empty plastic or aluminium bottle without lid (up to 1 litre) to use at the free water stations. 
Sealed bottle of water (up to 1 litre) - please note lid will be discarded on entry.
Disability assistance dogs.
Banners, placards and flags no larger than 1m x 1m with sticks and poles detached before entering the stadium.
Small quantities of home prepared food.

Drug & Alcohol Policy
Mt Smart Stadium complies with the Liquor Licensing Authority and prohibits the serving of alcohol to intoxicated or under-aged persons.
There will be zero tolerance for intoxication.  
Those who arrive at the gates intoxicated will be refused entry into the event, and patrons who become intoxicated will be escorted from the venue.
Intoxicated or under-aged persons who are apprehended with alcohol will be escorted from the premises.
Persons supplying alcohol to underage patrons will be evicted from the premises.
Mt Smart Stadium maintains a strict 'no drugs' policy.  
Illicit drugs are prohibited and will be confiscated at the gate. 
Any persons apprehended with drugs in their possession will be escorted from the premises.
Incidents involving alcohol or drugs will be referred to the NZ Police where the situation requires it.

Behaviour
In extreme cases, a patron who exhibits unacceptable or disruptive behaviour will be asked to leave the stadium. Dangerous activities such as aggressive moshing, stage diving, crowd surfing and climbing are not permitted and may result in the removal of patrons from the event. Failure to comply with a direction from Mt Smart Stadium staff, security staff or the NZ Police to leave the event venue may render the ticket holder liable to arrest and prosecution for the offence of trespass under section 4 of the Trespass Act 1980 which is punishable on conviction by a fine not exceeding $1,000 or a term of imprisonment not exceeding 3 months.
