We are expecting a large crowd for this event so please arrive early. To avoid delays:
- Enter via the gate specified on your ticket.
- Have your ticket ready for scanning.
- If scanning your ticket from your smartphone, please ensure your ticket has been downloaded prior and your phone is set to maximum brightness.
- Have bags ready to present for safety and security search. Express lanes will be available for those without bags.
Is there public transport to the game?
Travel on trains and special event buses is included with your pre-purchased match ticket.
Special event buses will operate to QBE Stadium from Auckland City Centre and Takapuna (via Northern Busway stations), and return.
Trains do not operate to Albany but passengers are able to take a train to Britomart and connect with special event bus services from the temporary bus stop on Quay St, between Commerce St and Gore St.
Travel on these services is valid 3 hours before kick-off until the end of service after the match.
Please ensure you hold on to your ticket for the ride home.
Is mobility parking available?
Yes, we have onsite mobility parking for patrons who hold a valid mobility parking permit. No pre-registration required. Mobility parking is located in Carpark A and H. Please present your permit to traffic control staff on entry (no permit, no entry.)
Is there general parking at the stadium?
Limited parking is available on site and nearby for a fee. Parking is available from 4.30pm. Please note that you may be delayed from exiting the carpark for up to 60 minutes following the conclusion of the event to allow for the safe egress of patrons and for the road closures to be lifted.
Car park H - $10 per vehicle. Access from Colisseum Drive
Hootons Reserve – $5. Access from Oteha Valley Road.
**Please note parking on grass berms surrouding the stadium is not permitted. Vehicles parked on the berm may be towed.
Where is the best drop off point?
If being dropped off or arriving by cab/Uber, the best drop off locations are Corban Ave or Davies Drive.

I have had an injury/sickness, can I please use mobility parking?
Onsite mobility parking is extremely limited therefore is strictly reserved for those who hold a current mobility parking permit.
Can I bring a walking stick, crutches or a frame?
Walking aids such as crutches, canes and frames are permitted. Staff may ask to store frames or crutches while you are seated so they do not obstruct aisles.
Where is my seat?
Your bay, row and seat number can be found on your ticket. Row A begins closest to the field.

Is my seat covered?
Seats located in the following bays (1-11, 101-116, 201-227,301-309) of the main grandstand are covered however please note that wind direction can impact some seats.
If rain is predicted we recommend bringing a rain coat or poncho. You may use an umbrella on arrival but umbrellas may not be erected within the venue.
I purchased my ticket from Viagogo/Trade Me or another on-seller – will my ticket be accepted?
Ticketek is the official ticketing agent for this show. We cannot guarantee the authenticity of tickets purchased from third party sellers such as Viagogo or individuals selling on Trade Me.

Can I purchase tickets on the day?
If the game is not sold out beforehand, tickets will be available for purchase from the Box Offices at Gates A, D & H.
Eftpos will be available at most food vendors and limited ATM facilities will be available. We recommend coming prepared with sufficient cash just in case.
Food & Beverage
A range of food vendors along with bar service will be available at various points around the venue from gates open time.
Please note that the only accepted forms of ID for purchasing alcohol are HANZ 18+ card, Passport or NZ Drivers Licence. If you are under 25 years old please ensure you bring ID. If we are unsure of your age and you cannot supply age verification we will be unable to serve you alcohol.
You may bring in small amounts of home prepared foods such as sandwiches, baking or fruit however commercially prepared foods are not permitted.
You may also bring an unopened/sealed plastic water bottle up to 1 litre.
Do you have a bag/coat check?
Sorry, we will not be providing a coat or bag check for this event. Please be aware that back packs larger than 40cm x 30cm are not permitted.
Please note that a reasonable standard of dress is required in the corporate lounge and suite areas.
What can I bring into the Stadium? (please check our website regularly for updates)
• A bag that can fit under your seat, no larger than 350mm x 300mm x 400mm
• One sealed plastic water bottle up to 1 litre
• One empty plastic water bottle to use at our free water stations
• Small home prepared snacks such as sandwiches, baking, fruit
• Guide dog
• Banners, placards and flags without poles at the discretion of Stadium management
What am I not allowed to bring into the Stadium?
• Chilly bins
• Commercially prepared food including takeaways
• Cans or glass containers
• Alcohol or illicit drugs
• Air horns or loud hailers
• Furniture, chairs or stools
• Prams or strollers
• Animals. (except guide dogs)
• Dangerous goods
• Video cameras and recording devices (cell phones are ok)
• Selfie sticks
• Face masks
• Photographic devices with a removable lens or deemed to be for professional use
• Large items that cannot be placed under a seat
• Skateboards, rollerblades or scooters
• Fireworks, flares or laser lights
• Items that in the opinion of management/security could cause harm or public nuisance.
