Is there public transport to the show?
Yes, travel on special bus and train services to and from the venue is generally included with all concert tickets. Please check the event page for the show you are attending to see if this applies.
Where is the best place to get dropped off?
Church St West of Maurice Rd intersection & Mt Smart Rd West of Rockfield Rd intersection.
Is mobility parking available?
Yes, we have onsite mobility parking for patrons who hold a current mobility parking permit.

Is there general parking at the stadium?
There are no general parking facilities onsite for concerts. We strongly encourage patrons to use the free travel on special event bus and train services to get to and from the concert.
If public transport is not an option, parking is generally available for a fee at businesses surrounding the stadium. Please be aware that if you park on a street or in a business that is subject to a later road closure or parking restrictions you may be towed or delayed from exiting. Signage will be erected on the applicable streets and information on these restrictions will be available on the event information page.
At the end of concerts, Taxis are available from Church St West of Maurice Rd intersection and Mt Smart Rd West of Rockfield Rd intersection.
How do I purchase wheelchair accessible tickets?
Please call Ticketmaster’s Accessible Seating Line if you have Wheelchair or Special Needs booking requirements on 09 970 9711.
I have had an injury/sickness since I purchased my tickets and my seats are no longer suitable. Can I change my tickets?
Please contact Ticketmaster to discuss your options/change your tickets. Their customer service number is 0800 111 999.
I have had an injury/sickness, can I please have mobility parking?
Onsite mobility parking is extremely limited therefore is strictly reserved for those who hold a current mobility parking permit.
I have been injured/sick – where is the closest place I can get dropped off to the venue?
Church St West of Maurice Rd intersection and Mt Smart Rd West of Rockfield Rd intersection. Check your ticket for your entry gate to see which location is closest for you.
Can I bring a walking stick, crutches or a frame?
Walking aids such as crutches, canes and frames are permitted. Staff may ask to store frames or crutches while you are seated so they do not obstruct aisles.
What if I need help?
We have a fantastic team of volunteers who will are available to assist mobility impaired patrons. We also have golf carts to assist with transporting patrons around the venue.
Our volunteers and carts are limited so please be patient and you’ll be assisted as soon as possible.

Is my seat covered?
Seats located in Bays 1-8 of the West (Colin Kay) stand and Seats in Bays 35-43 and Bays 51-53 of the East Stand are covered.
I have East Lounge tickets – what does this entitle me to and do I have a seat?
If your ticket says EAST LOUNGE this means you have a seat outside in the East Stand and have access to the East Lounge. The East Lounge has a premium food offering and bathroom facilities. The lounge has floor to ceiling windows and tables for dining so you also have the option to watch the show from inside if you wish.
I have purchased sight restricted tickets, how restricted will my view be?
This varies based on the production overlay and can change right up until gates open.
Which seat is best?
Seat choice is a completely personal preference so it's hard for us to provide a definitive answer to this question. Things you may wish to consider when selecting tickets are - your budget, whether you need a covered seat, any mobility issues, if you prefer to stand, if you prefer to be elevated, if you prefer a front on view.
Can my ticket be scanned from my phone?
We encourage you to print your tickets in advance as some phones may not be readable on the ticket scanners.
I purchased my ticket from Viagogo/Trade Me or another on-seller – will my ticket be accepted?
Ticketmaster is the official ticketing agent for this show. We cannot guarantee the authenticity of tickets purchased from third party sellers such as Viagogo or individuals selling on Trade Me.
Do you have a bag/coat check?
Sorry, we do not provide a bag or coat check for concerts. Please be aware that backpacks larger than 40cm x 30cm are not permitted.
Can I bring a child/baby?
Provided the show you are attending is classified 'all ages', children and babies are welcome to attend. Please note that all patrons (including babies) must hold their own ticket. We strongly recommend you bring ear protection for children and babies.
Will the concert go ahead if it is raining?
The concert will go ahead rain or shine. If rain is predicted, bring a poncho or raincoat as umbrellas are not permitted.
What can I bring into the Stadium? (please check our website regularly for updates)
• A bag that can fit under your seat, no larger than 350mm x 300mm x 400mm
• One sealed plastic water bottle up to 1 litre (lid will be removed and discarded upon entry)
• One empty plastic water bottle (without lid) to use at our free water stations
• Small snacks such as homemade sandwiches, biscuits, small packets of chips, confectionery
• Guide dog
• Banners, placards and flags without poles at the discretion of stadium management
What am I not allowed to bring into the Stadium?
• Chilly bins
• Commercially prepared food including takeaways
• Cans or glass containers
• Alcohol or illicit drugs
• Air horns or loud hailers
• Furniture, chairs or stools
• Prams or strollers
• Rain or shade umbrellas
• Animals. (except guide dogs)
• Dangerous goods
• Video cameras and recording devices (cell phones are ok)
• Selfie sticks
• Face masks
• Photographic devices with a removable lens or deemed to be for professional use
• Large items that cannot be placed under a seat
• Skateboards, rollerblades or scooters
• Fireworks, flares or laser lights
• Items that in the opinion of management/security could cause harm or public nuisance.
Can I bring my own food in?
Yes, you may bring in a small amount of home prepared foods such as baking, sandwiches, fruit etc. Commercial foods such as takeaways, soft drinks and confectionary are not permitted.
You may bring an empty water bottle (up to 1 litre, and without a lid) to fill at the free stations. Alternatively, you can bring a sealed bottle of water but please be aware that the lid will be removed and discarded on entry. Please note plastic only – no glass or metal.
